Set up as many color-coded sellers (parties) as you need before the sale. Every item added to the cart is attributed to a specific seller. At checkout you get a clear per-seller breakdown, and the Reports screen shows each seller's total revenue, tax owed, and full transaction history.
Point your phone's camera at any UPC barcode to instantly pull up a registered inventory item and add it to the cart — no typing required. Works in both sale mode and inventory registration mode. Scanners also work on tablets and desktop browsers via webcam.
Register items with a name, price, UPC barcode, and seller. Optional settings per item include:
Record cash alongside any custom payment method labels you define (e.g. Venmo, PayPal, Square, check). GS App does not process payments or connect to any payment gateway — you collect money however the buyer wants to pay, then log the method and amount in the app. A single transaction can be split across multiple methods. The app tracks exactly how much was tendered per method and computes change due from cash. Payment method totals are aggregated in the Reports screen.
After completing a sale, generate an itemized paper-style receipt showing each item, its seller, subtotal, tax, total, and change due. Receipts include a customizable header and footer (set in Settings). Email a receipt directly via your device's mail app, or print wirelessly to any AirPrint or network printer.
Configure a tax rate and enable or disable tax globally in Settings. Individual inventory items can be marked non-taxable. The checkout screen shows subtotal, taxable subtotal, tax amount, and total. Receipts mark tax-exempt items with an asterisk. The Reports screen correctly apportions tax to each seller based only on their taxable sales.
The Reports screen provides a real-time summary of the day's sales including total revenue, total tax collected, and a per-seller breakdown with expandable transaction history. A cash box tracker shows your starting balance and running cash total. All data can be exported as JSON for your records.
GS App is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Install it directly from salesapp.wozserv.com on iPhone (Add to Home Screen) or Android (Install App). It works completely offline once loaded — no Wi-Fi needed on sale day. All data is stored locally on your device. No account, no subscription, no cloud sync required.
