By using GS App (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GS App is a free, local-first point-of-sale tool designed for garage sales, flea markets, and similar multi-seller events. It runs entirely in your browser and stores all data on your device. No account is required.
GS App is provided free of charge with no subscription and no paid tier. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
You agree to use GS App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
GS App does not process payments. It is a payment tracking tool only. It does not connect to Stripe, Square, PayPal, Venmo, or any other payment gateway. You are solely responsible for collecting and managing payments with your buyers.
All sale data you enter — inventory, transactions, settings — is stored locally on your device and belongs to you. We do not have access to it. You are responsible for backing it up (export from Settings, or use the optional Google Drive backup). We are not responsible for data loss due to clearing browser storage, device failure, or any other cause.
GS App provides tax and totals calculations as a convenience. You are responsible for verifying that any tax rates you configure are correct for your jurisdiction and for remitting any tax you collect. We make no warranty that the App's calculations satisfy any specific legal or accounting requirement.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, available at all times, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of sale data or incorrect financial calculations.
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
